This year, we had the family over to our house for dinner. I think this was the first time that we actually hosted a holiday with a full dinner, so it was kinds fun. It was also a gorgeous day & felt like spring for the first Easter I can remember in a long time, though it did start to cool off by late afternoon when everyone came over.
The kids decided that we needed to set up an Easter egg hunt for when their cousins came over. It was pretty cute & gave the kids something to do while we waited for everyone to come over (and got some candy out of the house!)
We also made a bunny cake using some candy. The kids insisted that it have candles, so we put some in & sang "Happy Easter to You."
